Weekend Hours : Open at 10 a.m. only if the day of an event or on-sale. For Titans and Rampage games, the Box Office will stay open until an hour after the game starts.
Holidays : Closed unless the day of an event (includes New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, & Christmas Day)
Methods of Payment Accepted:
The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. The Box Office does not accept personal checks or American Express. Ticketmaster Gift Cards are not able to be accepted and are only valid through Ticketmaster.
Other Points of Purchase:
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner for the U.S. Cellular Center. Tickets may be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or through charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000.
The U.S. Cellular Center is not able to guarantee a ticket’s legitimacy if purchased from a source other than the Box Office or Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased from secondary market sites are not from an official provider and patrons will be denied access to an event if such tickets are not deemed authentic. Tickets purchased from these secondary sites are done so at the customer’s own risk.
Tickets held for pick-up at the venue are available any time that the Box Office is open from the “Willcall window”. Customers must have the actual credit card used for the order and a picture ID to receive their tickets.
Note that it is common for many tickets such as VIP packages, tickets left by a team or artist, and those purchased through an artist fan club to only be available for pick up on the day of the show. Please ask for and pay attention to delivery specifics when you arrange for these types of tickets.
The Box Office will accept tickets from individuals for pickup by another party. You may be asked to present an ID so that we can document the source and time that the tickets were left. For your convenience Ticketmaster now provides electronic ticket transfer for on-line orders. http://www.ticketmaster.com/transfer
The minimum age required to purchase a ticket for an event will vary with each performance, however most concerts will require all ages to have a ticket. Please check the event details for specifics.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be permitted on tickets once purchased. Patrons may exchange and upgrade previously purchased tickets for tickets in another price level at the discretion of the promoter and Box Office Manager.
If an event at the U.S. Cellular Center is cancelled, refunds will be given at the original point of purchase only. Purchases through www.ticketmaster.com and charge-by-phone will be automatically credited. Tickets purchased at the Box Office must be returned to the site of purchase for a refund
U.S. Cellular Center encourages all of its patrons to cover the unique bar code on their tickets when taking photos. All tickets have a one-of-a-kind bar code that can be stolen and used by another person. Your tickets should be protected as any other important document containing personal information.
